Pre-Admission Test Information

A pre-admission test assessment will be required for all applicants (Except RNs).  Currently, we require the HESI RN Admission Assessment with CT.

 

 

The HESI RN Admission Assessment with CT is offered at Lakeview College of Nursing Danville and Charleston campus but can also be taken off-site.  Students are responsible for identifying potential alternate test sites and paying any proctoring fees associated with the alternate location.  If the HESI RN Admission Assessment with CT is taken no more than once through LCN there will be no additional fee.

Exam Name:  HESI RN A2 Admission Assessment Exam

Exam Cost:  Approx. $50 (Subject to Change) + Proctoring Fee (Varies)

Go to  and click on "Student"
Under Hesi Secured Exams, click "Register for Distance Testing

Click "Register" then "Checkout/Redeem"

Lakeview's Department ID:  198266   Then Choose EXAM:  A2-V2 with CT or A2-V1 with CT.  

Please be advised that the HESI Assessment Exam is a four-plus hour exam and can be taken at over 300 sites within the United States.  Once you have taken the exam off-site, please notify Connie Young, registrar@artichokewebdesign.com一道本不卡免费高清, so that we can access your scores.

一道本不卡免费高清Applicants must successfully complete the pre-admission test.  Passing scores are determined by the nursing faculty each year.  Admission, progression, curriculum, and graduation policies of the pre-licensure track are subject to change in order to comply with the requirements of the current Illinois Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act, Rules for the Administration of Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act, and The Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practice (American Association of Colleges of Nursing 2008).

Students may take the HESI RN Admission Assessment with CT once per 30 days.
